Bapper started as a set of tools built for our own projects — research pipelines, content systems, agents that run overnight and leave a report by morning. None of it was built to sell. It was built because we needed it, and it turned out other businesses had the same bottlenecks.
What we do
We build the small systems that unstick a small business — the trades and service shops around West Michigan, and the small online stores where the owner still answers the questions. Workflow automation, assistants that know your business, integrations between the tools you already pay for, and marketing that's run as a measured system. Each engagement is scoped to how your business actually works.

Proven before you pay isn't a promotion; it's how we keep ourselves honest. Criteria get written before a build starts, numbers get shared as they come in, and if something isn't working we'd rather stop early than keep billing.
