Text messaging program
- Program name: Bapper customer texts, sent from (616) 227-4477 by Bapper Labs (Bapper).
- What you'll receive: replies to calls and texts you send us, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups about work you've asked us about. We never text anyone who hasn't contacted us first.
- How you opt in: by calling or texting (616) 227-4477, or by submitting a form on bapperlabs.com that says we'll reply by text.
- Message frequency: varies with the conversation; typically a few messages per week while we're working together.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in.
- For help: reply HELP, call or text (616) 227-4477, or email hello@bapperlabs.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our work
Any system we build for you is described in a written scope with an agreed definition of "working" before we start. You own the accounts, phone numbers, data, and code that make up your system. Payment terms are stated on your work order.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
