Capability 01 / 05 · AI transformation

Put AI where the work stalls.

We install narrow systems that handle three moments a small business loses money in: the call nobody could answer, the quote nobody chased, and the customer nobody called back. Fixed scope, written proposal, measured on your own call log.

Fixed-scope installations · Monthly service plans · A reply within one business day

01 / 04 What’s included

Six things included. Nothing you will not use.

Each item is installed on its own or as part of a set. The assessment names which one to build first.

01

Missed-call text-back

Any unanswered call receives a text within sixty seconds, under your business name, asking what the caller needs and where.

02

Quote follow-up

Every open quote gets a short note at two days and again the following week, in wording you approve, and the sequence stops the moment the customer replies.

03

Customer reactivation

We segment your existing records by service and date and send an individual note referencing the equipment and the last visit. No mass blast, no discount.

04

Readiness assessment

Ninety minutes on where the hours go, which calls and quotes are dropping, and what your software already does that nobody switched on.

05

Custom AI tools

Document reading, drafting, and classification built against your own forms and your own price list, running on the data you already hold.

06

Staff training

One session with the crew and a one-page card by the truck keys, covering what the system sends, how to stop it, and who to call.

02 / 04 How it works

Four steps, in the same order every time.

The order exists so nothing goes live that has not been read, approved, and measured.

Step 01 / 04

Observe

We sit with the calls, the quotes, and the inbox for a day and write down where the work actually stops, then place a test call to your own number after hours and record what happened.

Step 02 / 04

Draft

Every message the system will send is written out and sent to you for approval, along with the target the build has to hit and the date it will be measured on.

Step 03 / 04

Install

We register the number, wire the system to the channel you already use, and run it against real traffic with a person watching. Nothing runs unattended in the first week.

Step 04 / 04

Measure

We read the result off your own call log at thirty days against the written target, then hand over the shutoff, the templates, and the summary.

03 / 04 Proof

Working software, not a slide.

One internal build that evidences this capability. It runs today. No client results are claimed.

Shipping document automation

Export shipments arrive as PDFs and somebody retypes weights, pallet counts, line items, and party addresses into the same three documents every time.

  • Reads native and scanned pack lists through a three-stage extraction pipeline
  • Matches the consignee against existing customers on upload instead of a dropdown
  • Generates the export paperwork as PDFs with text fitted so data never bleeds across form boxes

04 / 04 Who it’s for

If this is your week.

Three situations we are called about most. If none of them are yours, the assessment is still free.

01

The phone rang four times before lunch and you called two of them back.

The other two booked somebody else and you will never know who they were. You need the caller answered inside a minute, not inside an afternoon.

02

There are eleven open quotes on the truck seat and none of them have been chased.

You meant to call. The week got in front of it. A follow-up that runs whether or not you remember is worth more than a better quote template.

03

The customer file has two thousand names in it and none of them have heard from you since the job.

You are buying new leads while the ones who already paid you sit in a spreadsheet.

Questions

What we are asked first.

Why not use the missed-call feature in the software I already pay for?

If ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, or Jobber already does this, and it is switched on and working, you do not need us. We confirm that on the first call at no charge. Usually the feature sits in a tier you do not have, sends one generic line, or was never enabled.

Will it quote a price or promise a time on its own?

No. The system captures the problem, the address, and the name, and tells the caller a person will follow up. Pricing and scheduling stay with you. That limit is written into the proposal, not left to the wording.

What happens if it sends something wrong?

Every message is from a template you approved before launch, so there is nothing for it to invent. You can review every message sent, and you can shut the whole system off from your phone in seconds.

Does my customer data leave my system?

Records stay where they already are. Where a system needs transcription or document reading, we run it on local hardware wherever the work allows, which is how our own call system is built.
