Capability 04 / 05 · Marketing & performance

Know what the money bought.

Paid search, search and answer-engine visibility, and the tracking that ties a booked job back to what caused it. Pass and fail criteria are written down before any budget is committed, and a channel that fails gets turned off.

01 / 04 What’s included

Six things included. Nothing you will not use.

Every item below produces a number you can check yourself.

01

Paid search

Campaigns built around the jobs you actually want, with the ones you do not want excluded, and budgets capped where the math stops working.

02

SEO

Service and location pages, structured data, listings, and the technical fixes that stop a site from ranking, in the order that matters.

03

GEO, answer-engine visibility

Monthly checks on what the major AI assistants say when someone asks who to call in your area, and work aimed at being named.

04

Analytics and attribution

Calls, forms, and texts traced back to the source that produced them, so a channel can be defended or cut on evidence.

05

Conversion tracking

Call tracking, form tracking, and the call log tied together, so a lead is counted once and counted correctly.

06

Pass/fail criteria before spend

The number a campaign has to hit, and the date it is judged on, written into the proposal before the first dollar is spent.

02 / 04 How it works

Four steps, in the same order every time.

The judgment step is the one most engagements skip. It is the reason for the other three.

Step 01 / 04

Baseline

We record where calls come from today, what a booked job is worth on your own average, and how you currently appear in search and in AI answers.

Step 02 / 04

Define

We write the pass and fail criteria, the budget cap, and the date of judgment into the proposal. You sign the target, not a promise.

Step 03 / 04

Run

Tracking goes in before spend does. Campaigns run with the call log as the scoreboard, not the platform’s own dashboard.

Step 04 / 04

Judge

On the date in the proposal we compare the result against the written criteria and either continue, change one variable, or stop.

03 / 04 Proof

Working software, not a slide.

One internal build that evidences the measurement discipline. It is our own tooling. No client results are claimed, and no result of our own is presented as a forecast for yours.

Internal build

Short-form content system with retention analytics

Short-form output is normally judged on taste, so nobody can say which render decision caused a result.

  • Computes roughly twenty-four attributes per clip at render time, written to the database with no manual entry
  • Reads the platform’s own per-video insights, including the full per-second retention curve
  • Reports measured lift on an explicit evidence ladder, where fewer than four samples is not a finding

04 / 04 Who it’s for

If this is your week.

Three situations we are called about most. If none of them are yours, the assessment is still free.

01

You paid a monthly fee for a year and could not tell anyone what it bought.

The reports were full of impressions and clicks. Nobody ever connected them to a job on the schedule.

02

The phone rings but nobody knows which ad, sign, or listing caused it.

You are guessing which half of the budget to cut, and every guess costs a season to test.

03

Your busy season is eight weeks out and the pipeline is referrals only.

You need a channel that can be turned on, measured against a number, and turned off if it fails.

Questions

What we are asked first.

Will you tell me what results to expect?

Not as a number. We have no client results to quote and we will not invent a forecast. What we will do is write the target the campaign has to hit and the date it is judged on, before you spend anything, so the argument afterwards is about evidence rather than opinion.

What happens if it fails the criteria?

We say so, in the weekly summary, in writing. Then we either change one variable and re-judge, or stop the channel. We do not keep a failing channel alive because it is billable.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Marketing runs month to month under the same engagement model as everything else. Accounts, budgets, and ad platforms are in your name, so nothing is stranded if you stop.

Is AI search visibility worth paying attention to yet?

Enough of your customers now ask an assistant who to call that we check it monthly and record what comes back. It is a small share of the work, and it is included rather than sold as its own product.
