Strategy and structure
The page list, what each page is for, and what a visitor is supposed to do on it, agreed before anything is designed.
Capability 03 / 05 · Web & digital presence
Structure, writing, design, build, hosting, and the Google Business Profile, handled by the studio that writes the code. Built for how customers look now, which increasingly means asking an assistant who to call.
Fixed-scope installations · Monthly service plans · A reply within one business day
01 / 04 What’s included
Scope is fixed in writing before the first page is drawn.
The page list, what each page is for, and what a visitor is supposed to do on it, agreed before anything is designed.
Service pages written in your words and checked against what you actually do, including the jobs you turn down.
Hand-built pages on your own domain, fast on a phone on a job site, with no page builder to renew and no theme to break.
Hosting, HTTPS, DNS, backups, and updates, with a deploy check that refuses to publish an unfinished page.
Categories, service areas, hours, services, and photos set correctly, plus the review request built into the job close.
Structured data, service and location pages, and the source pages an assistant reads when someone asks it who to call in your area.
02 / 04 How it works
Nothing gets designed before the page list is agreed, and nothing gets published before it is checked.
Step 01 / 04
We read the site you have, check how it appears in search and in AI answers, and record which listings and profiles are wrong or missing.
One page, yours whether or not you hire us
Step 02 / 04
We agree the page list, what each page has to accomplish, and the wording of the headlines before a pixel is drawn.
Step 03 / 04
Pages are hand-built and tested on a phone first, with the contact routes wired to the channel you actually answer.
Step 04 / 04
A pre-flight check blocks the deploy while placeholder text remains, DNS is cut over by API, and HTTPS is enforced before the site is announced.
The check fails the deploy, not the visitor
03 / 04 Proof
One internal build that evidences this capability. The page you are reading is the other one.
Internal build
Working out what a business’s site is built on, and what software it already pays for, is slow manual research that nobody can reproduce.
Python · requests · BeautifulSoup · CSV/JSON output

Three situations we are called about most. If none of them are yours, the assessment is still free.
You cannot get into it, you do not know who holds the domain, and the copyright line at the bottom still says three years ago.
The competitor two townships over is at the top, and nobody has ever told you why.
Nothing on your site is written in a way an assistant can read and repeat.
Questions
Yes. The domain stays registered to your business, hosting is in your name, and the source is yours. If you leave, you take all of it. We do not hold a site hostage as a retention tool.
Text and photo changes are part of the monthly service plan: send the change by text and it is live within two business days. If you would rather edit it yourself, we will say so honestly when your page count makes that worth the extra setup.
No. Plenty of sites need a structure fix, correct listings, and three new pages rather than a rebuild. The audit says which, and it says so before there is a proposal to sign.
Search engine work aims at a ranked list of links. Answer engine work aims at being one of the two or three names an assistant says out loud when someone asks who to call. The underlying work overlaps; the targets are different, and we track both.

We check the site you have, how it appears in search, how it appears in AI answers, and which listings are wrong. The one-page summary is yours whether or not you hire us.
